    Chris Bowman : Complex reflection groups of type G(l,1,n) and their diagrammatic Cherednik algebras

    Résumé : Diagrammatic Cherednik algebras first arose in Webster’s work on knot theory and higher representation theory. These algebras control the representation theory of complex reflection groups via a generalisation of Schur—Weyl duality. We shall discuss generalisations of the classical results of Andersen, Jantzen, Lusztig and Soergel (concerning the general linear and symmetric groups) to higher levels : in particular, the Strong Linkage Principle, Generic Behaviour, and Kazhdan—Lusztig theory will all be discussed.
